Located in the very center of Wroclaw, in a historic tenement house, a premium apartment dedicated to a business client with family and domestic help, intended for medium and long-term rental. The entrance to the apartment takes place via a representative staircase and directs us directly to the spacious living area with a view of one of the city's main arteries. The dining room is connected to a grand kitchen, which can be separated for service when organizing special events. In the semi-private part of the apartment, an elegant office has been designed that can be easily rearranged into a guest room. The master bedroom has a semi-open bathing area and a large wardrobe overlooking the building's internal courtyard. The apartment also has a zone for younger household members. A spacious children's room with a view of the garden and a separate room for the babysitter have been arranged for them, thanks to which all users have been provided with adequate intimacy. Each of the leisure elements was carefully considered in the design, which is why, in addition to spaces such as the sauna, a number of unique solutions were used, such as movable multimedia devices hidden in the living room ceiling.
