House In Sunflowers
Location: Strzyzow, Poland
Area: 220m² + 54m² garage building + 30m² farm building
Design: 2026
Realization: 2027
A contemporary rustic house with elements of modern Alpine style. The heart of the building is a spacious living area with a high ceiling. A double-sided fireplace acts as a link between the living room and the garden, seamlessly transitioning on the exterior into an outdoor terrace and barbecue space sheltered under a roof. The eastern part of the residence is dedicated to a home spa with a sauna, while the upper floor has been adapted, among other functions, into guest rooms designed for frequent visits from family and friends. The choice of the plot was determined not only by the picturesque sunflower field, which formed a natural barrier to the private part of the garden, but also by the proximity of the stud farm, which allowed the investors to have daily contact with their own horses.
