A housing estate of terraced buildings located in the Wiązownica, near the holiday village of Radawa in the Podkarpacie region. The first stage of the investment included the construction of nine independent single-family houses. Each unit has two residential floors, an attic floor that can be adapted for use, its own garden, and dedicated parking spaces in public parking areas. The architecture of the buildings draws inspiration from Scandinavian design, characterised by simplicity and restraint of form. The minimalism of the façades is emphasised by a monochromatic colour palette, while the asymmetrical arrangement of the window joinery is complemented by details in the form of window reveals. All buildings have been designed in a sustainable manner, incorporating a range of eco-friendly solutions, including heat pumps and photovoltaic panels.
