Land development project in front of the production hall in Jasło in Podkarpacie. The aim of the assumption was to create a representative zone with landscape values at the main entrance to the enterprise. The revitalized post-industrial plot was given a completely new green character, and relaxation zones for employees were created. Guided by the standards of sustainable development, numerous ecological solutions have been used in the project, including: a green parking lot, a rain garden or all-year-round quarters of flowers and shrubs. The key guideline was to reduce to the absolute minimum the components needed to support the investment later. Therefore, the carefully selected vegetation is resistant to the conditions prevailing in urban spaces and is practically self-sufficient, and all the work necessary to maintain it is automated. This is the first stage of a larger spatial development project for the entire concern.
