Extension of a brick cube house from the 1970s. The reconstruction project allowed not only to obtain additional usable space, but also to completely new arrangement possibilities. On the inner garden side, there is an open kitchen with a dining room, a spacious living room and direct access to the terrace. The location of the original window joinery has been preserved, and the newly designed windows refer to the existing ones, fully consolidating the original character of the house. The facade of the building on the street side has no windows to ensure adequate privacy for the residents. The shape of the object is characterized by minimalism and harmony, both in terms of the simplicity of its form and the monochromatic color selection.
